Work culture is good and lots of opportunities to learn. Work pressure not too high and a stress free environment to work in

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics esp near appraisal and compensation is not quite enough and same goes for promotions and appraisals

Likes

They provide all the learning platforms which we could utilise for improving my technical skills on our own.

Dislikes

No hike, promotion though our performance are outstanding. It is very hard to get anything that helps for your career.

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.
