Well TCS might be India's one of the largest IT companies however they don't even bother to pay well to their employees. The work culture is really poor. No increment or promotion. I've been waiting to get released from the current project since a year & everytime I ask for an update, all I get to hear is, "we are looking forward to it". Absolutely pathetic! I would request people not to join TCS. They are hiring people from outside &giving them good band & making their old & loyal employees fool. F****RS.

the only con is the compensation you receive it really takes long period of time for a fresher to get a reasonable compensation

...ck the manager's **s then you are nice else your appraisal will get ****ed up. They deduct money from your salary for welfare trust. Brand image is nothing if you can't pay well to your employees.

...tep of process. They learned me handling stress and pressure at odd situations. Salary hike makes me unhappy a little bit but the benefits is good. If work with TCS may gives me good career also. Now I resigned due to personal problems. Working environment is very and friendly. My project always have a updates and includes innovations. When I am working with TCS I felt that I am working in an government org that much security I felt while working with TCS.

Only stress I felt bad in TCS. May be it required to that organization to become be best and to be in first place but I failed to face it

TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.
