worst in hike. yearly get max4-5% only. Make note: They create new rule that first year no appraisal. (previously this is knowns as anniversary appraisal which highest in all cycle but now the cancel it and there is no appraisal in first year)

Job security. TCS have lots of financial projects with latest technology like cloud base techology. Also work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Percentage of Variable is more in salary what they are declaring in salary structure. Also not getting 100% variable . Every quarter they are declaring % of Variable you are getting but they are not giving that much they are applying lot of rule and cutting variable.

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.
