Nothing to like. Maybe some projects are good. Comfort zone is there and job security is there.

Dislikes

...FSI life is shit in tcs. I have worked in both bps and IT and both are terrible. No upskill on latest technologies, less salary compared to market standard. Its the company for retirement. Not for growth. That's my point of view. Also rotational shifts are horrible.

Working is Tcs is fun untill the start once after some time doing same monotonous work and the horrible management teams irritate you to the worst.

Dislikes

Management of some projects is not at all good ,under cost cutting they dont even give good ratings and salary is literally penny hike annually!

Likes

Good work culture ( if one does not want to work ). One can spend complete career without working. One can deny work by telling lack of bandwidth or lack of experience. TCS has tie up with most training platforms so one learn a lot. If you have good relation with seniors then chances are there for onsite oppurtunity.

Dislikes

No appreciation for project work completion and hardly any promotion or salary hike. Every project manager amd partner will give a ladoo of onsite oppurtunity to everyone in the project to motivate as they are helpless due to low pay and low yearly appreciation of associates. TCS is mostly concentrated on AMS and BAU projects so chances are less to get a role in consulting or implementation project. ( its mostly like tata customer service) No mapping of career aspiration, skillset or education qualification. Senior are mostly concerned about incoming revenue and will tag to any project as long as revenue from client is coming. Getting out of project one does not like is very difficult without proper connection or if the project does not finish. No proper training before onboading, Partners try to skill associates on clients resources after onboarding to save money.

Dislikes

Mindset - No growth mindset, cheap policies to save money from every corner, don't provide any good facilities office or any tech related infra. No concern about employee well being and top management lacks leadership qualities big time.
