...en the outside professional culture. This is literally a semi government office. Less compensation across all IT firms. If one really wants to join the company then i would suggest them to join when u feel like settling own w ur career and ready to take retirement in few years. Worst company to join as middle level mgrs. TCS is not at all an employee centric company.

Likes

Opportunities to learn and truly contribute to client delight, personal and professional satisfaction. Work is very rewarding in that sense (not always monetary side). Job security is quite good.

Dislikes

...e and more women inclusion. Senior leadership needs more women and more empathy. Salary across is extremely low and this is a problem across BFSI companies. Promotions are very slow and that's demotivating leading to loss of good talent.

TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

In TCS no growth at all if don’t want to grow in life just want to earn salary you can join TCS

Tcs will provide employees lot of learning opportunities and job security.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very bad. Like in 5 6 years also there will be no significant changes in your salary slip. No bonus or gift cards. No recognition of good work. Internal politics will hamper productivity. And the worst thing now is WFO without fail or else salary will be deducted.
