Nothing, If you are lazy and want to enjoy your life without learning anything TCS is best for you. Only luck people get Development project but the chances are very rare

...l be digital forever, you need to get A or B band to recieve Digital incentives. C band can stop your incentives and you will be back to Ninja Salary. This is my experience in TCS as I joined TCS as a fresher in 2021.

No pressure we can do the work peacefully as a fresherer if u don't like you can go for bench and relax.you can switch any project any time but release depends on manager.

...eadership is not taking care of employees hikes & recognitions in form of Hikes. Hike will be there but u can't see that in monthly salary that is a biggest miracle. They are complicated internal hike exams so better learn & leave & Live ur life. don't be a fool like joining into TCS as a fresherer & don't wish to do stay till retirement bcz security will be paid more then us here.

Projects are 90% support which will take you nowhere. Salary is way less than market standards. Although you can learn a lot you cannot use it as the certifications are either from Udemy or Linkedin Learning which no one takes into consideration, then comes the point if you want to go to development you will not be able to do so as all they want is experienced candidates. Once benched you have to report every day to RMG no matter how far you live or whatever reasons you have they will not listen. I will strongly suggest not to join its just ruining your career.

...They won't let you learn the skills you want and never let you explore yourself. The salary incrememts are minimal and can only be described as under-employement. Overall, much cry and little wool.
