...ll definitely take the life out of you if you go for a 15 mins uninformed break. Officially we log 9 hours shift in timesheet, but we work for 12-15 hours and no one xtra pay for additional hours.

Salary hike is worst, Certain management people doesn’t have the proper skills to be in that position. Management spoils the work environment and micromanagement on employee forces them to resign.

Secure job, no need to worry about performances. You have good health insurance policy ( only paid policies are good). you have good leaves structure but clients/domain doesn't allow you to take it.

No good pay, No hike, in the name of roles they don't give you promotions... This is a role based organization which means you have to work more for the lesser salary 😀 Never fall to the trap which says they will pay extra OT (300 to 600 Max for senior and team leads ). Culture - no organisational structure, No respect from the management, dont care about your problems. Yes, they say "We pay you to work " 😀 lol These are the few instances that I have noticed. If you do what ever they ask strech for 12 to 14 hrs to complete der work they will be happy and speaks to you in good way but still don't expect promotion. All the leads and team members are dummy they act like salves they don't say anything. Totally a bad place to work 8f your looking for growth and hike. Don't ever think about company sponsored team outing, oops forget about team outing not even a tea or coffee 😀

Loyal employee getting much less SALARY compare to new joinee. Loyal employee are getting more work, pressure and responsibilities compare to new joinee.

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Dislikes

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.
