...trust After getting offer latter also they can resigne their present job or not. They give very less salary. They take alot time for background check. They don't respond to mail.

Work environment is good, you get all facilities like indoor-outdoor games, gym, good canteen, library, good infrastructure, various Career options,leave,onsite opportunities and the most important thing is job security.

Dislikes

If you are joining as a fresher in BPS then the salary growth happens very slowly and you will get frustrated after a certain point of time when it comes to Annual Increment. It's better to join this company after a few years of experience. Also, sometimes the higher management is not approachable/good,they do not listen to your concerns.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.

Everything is worst at TCS.

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

Likes

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

Dislikes

No hikes, no motivation, no appraisals, shit salary. Failure to recognize true potential from right employee
