Dislikes
Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low
Flexible with work culture
More training module
Cross comodity team work culture
Employee medical benifits
Taj group stay with 50%
CSR ACTIVITIES
External course learning
Allocation based work culture
Bench culture of working
Service scope of work
Paying less variable pay from actual, only 40% max we can get
Even if we perform and score 4.5 out of 5,we get band "C"
If we score "A" band also max hike is 5%
Promotion once in 5yrs
Hard to touch with HR, we couldn't find them as easy.
No proper work space, chairs also not so good.
Transport by means of non AC bus with costed from our salary.
Except water all things we need to pay
They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work.
What a joke but it's true
Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.
...what ever you have learnt.
In TCS everything depends on what project you are in.
If you are in BPS tag its better to develop skills and salary hike for BPS is very less
Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project.
1. Work culture
2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly
3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically
4. They don't respect the skills set you are having
5. There is very less hike for BPS tag.
6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information.
7. HR works for the company and manager. Don't trust HR. To be specific TCS HRs are joke.
8. Most of the manager and leads are not actually trained just because they stay longer in same company and they get promoted. They don't really manage the team well
Worklife balance will be good, don't expect salary hike and promotion, if you are into management you will get salary hike and promotion with out asking your manager
Even call taxi driver is earning 3k to 4 k per day, he is happy, here even seniors will get 70 k to 80 k max - experience level will be 18 +
By the name of work life balance, they won't give promotions, 10 year back what salary you will be getting, almost same salary you will be getting now, they won't ask you to go out of company
You will get burnout here , after going through this tough situation you have commitments you have to go and look out for some good job outside
