There is only benefit working in TCS that is learning and development section is very good. Tcs offers many certification vouchers for free for the associates.

Dislikes

1. Terrific compensation. 2. Promotion gets delayed due to higher management policy. 3. Doesn't care about existing employees. e.g- They will hire resources with same skill set with huge compensation but will not look into the in-house associate's promotions and hike.

Appraisal, promotions no hoke, salary structure, no scope to increase salary apart from wings 1 which even doesnot have proper course curriculum, working hours, no work from home option, no employee incentives no bonuses no hr initiative

Every thing is good but Salary for freshers is worst and that too with worst promotion. If you are coming from different company with 3 to 5 years of experience than it is good. Also Shift timing in many projects changes every week which badly effect your health.

Nothing you can expect even a salary. No ontime promotion, onsite plans,Banding, salary pay, you will see something in CTC letter but you wont get 30% min. in annual salary. HR and project team won't respond for promotions. Project won't hear your onsite expectations.

.... Fake promises by manager and no accountability to honour their commitments 3. Poor salary structure 4. Policies are also very bad, when you dont have project odc in india and project failed to provide seat in nearst tcs office still you need to comply with wfo policy. They wont give you exception. 5. Over mail manager gives assurance to retain person but still won’t honor.
