They really focus on employee relationships and wellness. Overall working environment is very good, very supportive teammates and managers. They definitely provide a deep ocean of study material for you to learn and explore more options. (You get a really good amount of travel allowance if you are asked to report to the client office)

Dislikes

Major dislike is the salary. And since each employee is a contractor to other clients the managers here don’t really pitch in with your work life balance and problems at client side. They only interfere when something major occurs

...ave to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection and not for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion.

Some projects help you upskill and learn a lot of things. Otherwise you can utilize Lex learning platform or workshops for learning about new technologies.

Work culture and policies. Good work life balance if you are in a good project.

Dislikes

No hikes for the past several years. Getting promotions or on site is extremely difficult. Even if you get a promotion, a major share of your hike will be allocated to performance bonus, which you would never get fully.

Likes

Good for womens who don't want to work much time while enjoying high salary. Good work from home policy 10/12 days office. Not much micromanagement, but might differ in project.

Dislikes

Project release is not easy. Some Managers can be pain in the A$$. Don't ever expect timely hikes and promotions. Policies related to hikes are very bad
