Except Job security TCS gives nothing. If you are not ambitious and just want a monthly salary without hike year by year, TCS is for you. Politics in every department is on PEAK. HR department is worst department ever saw. They keeps hiding and will not reply to your queries even for 4-5 if you have any question to clarify (specially regarding salary). Join on you own risk. Female oriented company. (review is specifically for NON IT departments)

TCS is a safe place to work and also provided with various learning platforms like Orally, Linked In, Udemy and other internal platforms as well. Certification taken by our selves can be reimbursed.

Work is getting increased but the salary goes declined. Carrere growth chances are very less since TCS is a service based company.

Good culture and safe work environment (especially for females). Job Security and less stress and good work-life balance.

... team leads will do everything to make u overwork but with zero acknowledgement. Poor appraisals, u will be stuck at the position and compensation at which u join the company!
