Salary, resource management, and resource grooming . Need an overhalling in their entire process. Identify and appreciate your good resource and if possible rehire them.

If I have to choose about liking then work life balance is the only thing in rest of the parameters TCS is big no.

-Very low basic salary - Lots of tax deduction - Very less appraisal approx 1.5% yearly with B band -TCS changed its policy so no appraisal for first year for lateral joiners followed by pro data basis appraisal - Can put you in any project - approx 40k employee need to pay for mediclaim cover of parents - can observe partiality very easily with Indian and US peers. - have to work on weekends,no pay or rewards for overtime - very less mobile and internet reimbursement and yes that too is a part of CTC

TCS is undoubtedly the most recognised software company in India,therefore,you always feel that you are part of something much bigger and are doing something which changes people's lives everyday

The compensation for existing employees needs to be updates,it does not makes sense to increment just few percent and then hire someone from outside at 1.5 times of amount after increment.

Work life balance is the key working in TCS. You never get the feeling of laying off or job security. Plenty of onsite opportunities, good projects and they also spend too much in grooming your skillset like corporate level subscription of udemy, linkdin learning etc.
