Ok I'mma be honest with you I joined this place as BSC Fresher which I realised now was my biggest mistake of my career life the just use random() over new joinees and will allocate you to any random project irrespective of your skills. Coming to the projects majority of them are support related and some are like literally 3rd class support project even a 10th pass student can do that job and you rarely get chances to switch your project.

Very less Salary Hikes, and use less Work from office call to employees, where even in office they have to work on their laptops,. So just for using the TCS internet, we are being asked to get back to Office. total waste of time, Money, and also contribution to carbon emmission

Every company has its own set of pros and cons, and so does my company too. First of all the brand name itself speaks a lot. Next the technology and security is way too high and updated.

Speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now, salary isn’t the most important thing for me. But when you have a family, and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account.
