Even if someone doesnt work, company do not take any action. But others have to take care of there work load. This is job security

... leaps and bounds, and employees are not given anything apart from job security. My collegues who left TCS are drawing 3 times more salary than me

Nothing good.. it only has job security and medical benefits..

Salary and compensation is highly poor, they do not motivate senior users in their own company.. they only like adding resources from out.

Job Security is one of the major like any employee can seek for in recent time. TCS is providing the assurance for the same.

Compensation is one of the major dislike over the period of time. % rate of appraisals should be revised definitely to avoid the attrition. And also need to release the due promotions on timely basis for deserving candidates as some sort of motivation for work.

There’s nothing good to write about TCS. If job security is the only good thing then let me tell you that it’s a myth. They have shady background verification process that will destroy your future. Even if you are lucky enough to survive that again they will make your life miserable in the name of rules and regulations you will quit by yourself.

...tation rules to force many employees to commute through their personal expenses. The new CEO introduced a D rating which means employees having this rating will face a deduction in salary. They force employees to come office even during the natural calamities. Even if the clients/government ask to work from home, TCS won’t allow to do that. They force everyone to sit in the office for 10 hours and the way they have made the rules that employees won’t get time for family, skill improvement, and personal emergencies. The rules are not applicable for top level people.

1- Mandatory 5 day WFO. 2- Introduction of D band which reduces employees salary by more 10% 3- delayed promotion. 4- Worst increment percentage even Higher Band - A receiving max 6-7 % annual hike. 5- HIS co-pay policy and increased HIS premium every year. 6- HR and Manager rude behaviour. 7- Many more......
