Good company if you want e secure job. It is one of the big MNCs, learning opportunities are available and if you want to grow, you can join.

Dislikes

Very less salary for Ninja candidates as it is the same for last 10-15 years, it needs to be increased. Senior leaders should think of the work pressure of junior new joiners, they need some time to catch up with new projects and technologies, please don't create an overburden.

Likes

Only good thing now left @TCS is that it provides learning opportunities and higher limit for hospitalization.

Dislikes

No salary hikes for seniors despite good rating,lot of screwing policies, poor Admin services, you will not even get proper tea without paying. Now there is no job security with current policy change. Promotions are quite difficult and no much salary hike on Promotions. It is a hell life for mid level people technical or others.Getting hike of 1% every year despite of good band. Juniors get 7-8 %. It is a clear message from management to leave for mid experience level. TCS is not the same which I joined 13 years back.

No work to do. No pressure on work completion or meeting targets. Supervisors and managers encourage to give hyped estimates to client.

Dislikes

No work from home option. Promotions and salary hikes are near to 0. No salary hikes not even to meet market inflations. Employees are not treated well. Once you get into TCS then your professional growth comes to a stand still.

The work pressure will be normal as compared to other fast paced companies since they hire too many people overall workload will be diluted. Flexible timing just tap and work from home.

Hikes absolutely you can get salary basis you work even when you get top band the hike will be restricted to max 5%.

Company have multiple projects based on foreign companies which employee has chance to go onsite and work. Most important is they provide job security if any projects ends then they will use to get assigned other projects to employees.

Dislikes

Every employee loves company and expecting good salary but TCS is not giving expected salaries to employees and no good pramotion.
