VARIABLE pay is SCAM, company pays only 25 to 40 percent of that amount. Extended working hours with not benifits. Incompetent management. Poor annual increment.

When it comes to salary no way close to the market standard, and if atleast can't pay then why not reduce the 3 month notice period. Worst ever decision of staying in this company even little longer

Mainly the compensation and appraisal policiea...yearly appraisal cycle on which even the leads /managers don't give clarity, HR connect & cooperation should be better

Obviously when it comes to TCS it takes care of its employees by securing their job. Also it totally depends who your manager is, if your manager is good everything will be good. Team mates are very supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisal are very low and negligible salary hike. If you are stuck in a process or a project for a long time it's difficult to change the project either you have to fight with ur Manger or you have to resign.
