...t comes to management point of view I am not very much happy but okay ok type. Other issue which I have is the salary increment which is a major concern for everyone.... My advice will be if you are starting your career here then don't expect anything from salary point just learn as much as you can and give your every bit for your company you will get the results after 2yrs... Company's out there are dying to on-board TCS employees where you will be completely happy from your salary point as well. If you are joining TCS as your 3-4th company than no worries you can consider TCS till retirement.

Only issues with the increment policy... For employees it's only max 7% But when it comes to ceo coo it's 50%/60% hike which is like we are here only to fill the employee list and complete effort on growth of company is on ceo.... Company need to think on a bit more for employee financial point of view as well..

Salary growth is very low as compared other bpo company for freshers and experience employees politics they think that we are the only boss

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.

...only 25% of workforce will work from office by 2025 now has changed their words. Woth no work life balance, and minimum salary bands, I feel it's an organization forcing their employees to scramble with stupid policies. Being such a big organization, it should lead the Digital work Real life. But again, it is promoting and forcing employees to WFO inefficiently. It is an organization which don't give increments and promotions even if you are getting 5/5 points in reviews. In name of promotion, you will get more work and responsibilities without any increase in salary. In one word, the suffocation is increasing day by day in TCS. Also, Somebody, once joined TCS at early stage feels incompetent to the job market.

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.
