Good work life balance but very less pay Work life balance is good. Job security is good. Pay is very less. Overall good company for learning and growth.

TCS pulls you so low that you hate it, you hate it so much that your blood boils, you fume and you start loathing it. TCS journey, if you are a fresher begins from ILP where you are given a stream of obselete technology which no one is working on.

Very less Salary Hikes, and use less Work from office call to employees, where even in office they have to work on their laptops,. So just for using the TCS internet, we are being asked to get back to Office. total waste of time, Money, and also contribution to carbon emmission

Supportive and if we need any leaves in emergency situation they will give and also we can learn any course freely by using LinkedIn and Udemy.

... left me unemployed. I would never recommend anyone to join a company like this. They pay less and plus they do not onboard people. I am literally so disheartened from TCS that i would never ever come back to this company. I hate tcs.
