Low salary, low hike, poor management, extremely hierarchical, poor projects, no skill development, arrogant managers coz of their job security 😂, no first year hike for lateral joinee

...at my BGC is negative. While before joining I have taken clarification with HR. My first organization was paying me salary in hand and no pf no UAN. Before joining I did clear this things with HR but after joining they are asking me for the bank statement or UAN and if I did not show that to them they will terminate me. I have provided them salary slip, experience letter. And they have also verified that organization from they end with physically and virtually. Now after joining they are asking me to resign as I do not have bank statement or UAN. The point is that if that document is mandatory then why HR should not asked me those things before joining. Worst policy and worst experience.

It's safe and secure, salary might be little less but the most important thing is everyone has equal rights in projects, either they are fresher or experienced. Tcs always maintains work and personal life balance.

Salary hike per year is little less, although in current pandemic situation tcs supported us with atmost, so I love and will always love tcs.

...on TCS is not generating profit. In monetary term tcs never satisfy to employee. No bonus or hike is like nothing, as per inflation tcs never increase salary. Being a trust tcs always looks for profit. But for outside it is a trust, a non profit organization. Even there is no tea machine also exist, tea or coffee needs to buy during working hours. Where as other organizations they keep tea machine on all floor.

Work culture is worst. During client visit all will be make excellent environment but reality it is not there.

Job Security cos most of them are lazy bags who doesnt skill up and also cheap labour for the clients .

Everything .No Career Growth , Horrible work culture. Underpaid salary .Sometimes we think even a tea shop would be better than working at TCS as a fresher
