How soon should I say I'm not joining the org.
I have offer from 3 orgs 1. Deloitte 2. Thoughtworks 3. TCS Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well. I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give? I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up.

The work life balance completely depends on the projects which are assigned inside the TCS organisation. I got a development project which helped me a lot to improve my development skills. But there are some projects which you only need to monitor applications and data updates. The best thing about TCS is i got the same feeling of my college life

Salary is very poor if you are Ninja Cadre. Promotion and Appraisal doesn't depend on work much, and as you might've heard it doesn't get better even if you are in good terms with your manager....it's actually depends on your luck and your departments growth/performance for the year (which again might be poor if you unlucky🥲)
