... top of your last drawn as long as you can show a valid document, while joining. After which your salary keep increasing with every aprisal, no matter which position you're working on. Now why am I writing this as a negetive point! Here comes the twist. If you are working at an entry level & you try to change your organization, you will not get that salary from any other company for that kind of role. The biggest problem in TCS is they will keep increasing your salary however without giving you any promotion. So now you're sort of stuck with a high salary & without any higher level experience. After I resigned from TCS & started searching for other jobs, I realised that I have a salary of assistant manager or rigional manager. However I have experience of an senior associate only. It's very very hard to find a job after leaving TCS. If you have stayed there for long. In other companies they have capping system where your salary cannot increase after a certain limit no matter how hard you try, until you get a promotion. I know that is sort of a negative thing but it forces people to go back and work on themselves to get a promotion at every cost or change the company at the right time. That doesn't happen in TCS. You will become the frog in frog and boiling water experiment. That's TCS in a nutshell.

The work culture is comparatively better at TCS. And your job is secured for sure, though this company provides less salary.

Salary wise it's not suggested for freshers who have just passed out of graduation. Band promotions has been stopped in last 3 yrs.

U feel more comfortable than your home in the tcs premises because noone is going to ask you about your work, ambitions, how to upskill yourself etc .

... give every year to the associates is less than the inflation rate of india🤪. It means they are actualy decreasing thier employees salary . No one is happy in terms of salary increment but tcs donates 60% of their income 😬.

Everyone always work like a team. Knowledgeable and helpful superiors, job security, employee friendly atmosphere. Various facilities for employees that are free of cost.

Compensation and increment is quite low. Startups have better salary hike every year. Career growth is slow.

...od at managing ,you may struggle to maintain personal life and work life …….but low pay,your salary won’t hike until 2 years it’s better not to expect any thing
