Now why am I writing this as a negetive point! Here comes the twist. If you are working at an entry level & you try to change your organization, you will not get that salary from any other company for that kind of role. The biggest problem in TCS is they will keep increasing your salary however without giving you any promotion. So now you're sort of stuck with a high salary & without any higher level experience. After I resigned from TCS & started searching for other jobs, I realised that I have a salary of assistant manager or rigional manager. However I have experience of an senior associate only. It's very very hard to find a job after leaving TCS. If you have stayed there for long. In other companies they have capping system where your salary cannot increase after a certain limit no matter how hard you try, until you get a promotion. I know that is sort of a negative thing but it forces people to go back and work on themselves to get a promotion at every cost or change the company at the right time. That doesn't happen in TCS. You will become the frog in frog and boiling water experiment. That's TCS in a nutshell.
