Work-life balance if you manage your daily work diligently. Like the Job security during any situation in the country. Mediclaim is best.

Dislikes

Hardly 2-2.5 LPA overall increment in last 10 years. Salary increment never match with inflation rate. Never bothered to revise employee salary as per market standard, mostly lower paid employees who joined 10-15 years ago. No transparency in WFH policy. No transparency in promotion policy.

there will be high level of job security even more than Public sector job.

Dislikes

...14 months. No propoer increments (max ~ 8% and C band will get 3.5%) annually. The increments will happen on Gross Compensation with net increment almost negligible. Banding ratios are outdated and are not fit for current head count. There is no fix limitation of job and in name of "Job enrichment" one's respossibility will increase exponentially but no reflection on compensation. This explytation leads tro mental drainage and almost no familty/personal life. Very little or no communication of company policies and even our(HR imputs) are never asked for thus creating a lot of propblem for all employees across hierarchy.

Working for TCS is a honour as feeling as serve to nation. Work culture is good wrt to other organisations

Dislikes

Promotion and salary hike is not as per market standards. Inflation is much higher than earlier same has not been accumulating
