3.) There is no loyal commitments from managers here. They will only give lollipop (like increase in salary or onsite) till the time project is dependent on you.
4.) No scope of salary increase even if you perform very well and client is happy with your work.
5.) There is no scope of promotion even if you are eligible.

Job Security and work life balance is good. Because they are hiring 3x candidate whereas single person can do the work.
Dislikes
Salary is very less for old employees as compared to market standard. They are hiring new candidate with double package. And old employees are there to support them and teach them from scratch. 😟

Good culture and ethics with proper work life balance

... is possible via different platforms, we can't move out of projects that easily. Also pay structure is little awkward. It has less basic pay and has many components like monthly, quarterly and yearly.
TCS provides very very less salary than other company. Also one can see partially everywhere in TCS. If one has good hold in higher management that person will easily get everything.
As everyone know TCS is government organization, only higher manager gets cream. Lower level employee only have to suffer and works as slave.
TCS only know for it's brand value under name of Ratan tata and media handling. Only TCS working employee can tell the real life problem and struggle.
TCS Interactive department - This one is very dangerous trap in the TCS pune. Once you join it you have to work as slave. No work life balance. Noone will hear your voice. They will only decide which project you have to work. You can't say no to their project. They neither give onsite opportunity or release from project.
One will get onsite opportunity if you play cricket with TCS interactive delivery manager or If you are north indian.
