Its systems reward merit, and leaders are usually quite supportive and fair in their assessments and judgments of employee performance. Job security is another attractive feature of TCS and this special feature creates an esprit de corps in all employees. May TCS continue to grow and prosper in leaps and bounds.🙏

Dislikes

Employee transportation and other amenities can improve. Salary can improve. Celebrations of festivals can ve done on a grander scale. Apart from these factors, TCS is a wonderful place to work.

Obviously Health insurance policy coz the coverage package, smooth cashless treatment. New Learning opportunities apart from base domain.

IJP concept, 18months tenured promotion policies are not here. These are totally depends on management. Zero HR interference, everything is in management's hand. Low appraisal rate.

...CTC was 4.5 LPA. I have A band for consecutive 5 years and my current CTC was 9.43 LPA current in hand salary was 58k per months and quarterly 10K performance allowances which was included in CTC. Company is great, but make sure you join this company on right time with right CTC. It's company for getting retirement.
