Work culture at TCS was pretty good for me a lot less stressful with all facilities available inside campus.

Dislikes

Growth is slow in terms of salary and learning. Sometimes you may excellent project opportunities for growth but chances of getting such projects is very low

...what ever you have learnt. In TCS everything depends on what project you are in. If you are in BPS tag its better to develop skills and salary hike for BPS is very less

Dislikes

Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project. 1. Work culture 2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly 3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically 4. They don't respect the skills set you are having 5. There is very less hike for BPS tag. 6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information. 7. HR works for the company and manager. Don't trust HR. To be specific TCS HRs are joke. 8. Most of the manager and leads are not actually trained just because they stay longer in same company and they get promoted. They don't really manage the team well

Dislikes

-Negligible Hikes -50 to 70 percent deductions in quarterly bonus -Promotion based on duration and not on achievements -No clear differentiation in terms of hike and appraisals between top and average performers -Visionless leadership. - policies are considered as rule book and HR don’t go by situational circumstances

- There's flexibility in work timings, but that is again based on the team you are in. - You will be chance, even if you are a fresher. - The overall infrastructure is good, but depends on the location too.
