Dislikes

Work culture w.r.t to work pressure in different projects/clients. No bonus/proper appraisal benefits. No overtime rule but work is extended beyond office hours.

...ery supportive. You have free access to a lot of Linkedin courses. Job security. Everything is good except the pay.

Dislikes

Not meant for freshers. For a fresher, the pay is very low and the increment is not that great either. Increment feels like an adjustment to match/ barely beat inflation. Barely get to learn any new practical skills.

The salary that they actually promise and what you get inhand is completely different and very lesser in amount....kindly read your offer letter completely and consciously before accepting it

I had learn many things there. You will get chance to explore yourself. In terms of salary, they are paying good to graduates. Overall a good company to work with.

Dislikes

Only work.. very less games or employee entertainment things. No bonus, no overtime salary. You will have to work if there is work load more than normal day and they will not pay you extra for extra work. In other big companies, you will find company buses which will drop you at a particular locations, however here we only have station buses.

No hr will help you when you have problems. Especially the rmg HR's. They deduct salary as much as they can if you ask anything they will tell some policies. No hr give any respect and shows their attitude. Every hr will feel like they are the CEO of the company. When client have requirement no policy will work. When employee have any requirements every policy will work.
