The company is good. There is job security. But there is no growth and promotion. Salary is very less.

Like I mentioned, salary is very less. It's more of adda culture in Kolkata. Full of unprofessional people and management. Fixed shift and 5 days work from home.

Job security is brilliant but management is very arrogant that dose not mean all management. Company policy is good.

Management arrogant as well as TL. And salary incriminate is very slow and promotion also.

Job security wise it is one of the best in business....so come to this place after gaining experice from somwhere so that u can get standard salary

Dont ever join this company as a frehser because if you compare salary hikes it is one of the slowest in the world....you barely get hike working for around 4 to 5 years even after getting A or B

Overall it is good company to work. Best company and good environment. The covid19 pandemic has emerged as a significant and very global challenge. But TCS support to their employees, clients, partners, public institutions and community organisations to raise to the occasion.

... pay cycle now but it was that when I joined and it was same for about 10 years. At that time when IT started to boom, it was a great salary to start.

I have joined TCS as a fresher so as a fresher salary was good, work environment was also manageable but you have to compromise , career growth opportunities were not so good as well n work life balance is something totally dipends on you, according to your lifestyle..
