... but with in our it should get cleared their expectations without other support. payment team is really worst all the invoices will not be paid on time no extra allowance will be provided based on the work done by extending the duration extending for some specific time is good but here all the day extend till mid night to clear the things is not possible they won't accept that

Revise appraisal process and hike percentages, offer only relevant trainings or courses that have a market value and are futureproof. Increase manager involvement and awareness in the process and train them to follow ethical practices. Respect employee's personal life, recognize extra efforts. Update the sick leave and bench policy, so they mare more sensible.

Being as a fresher it's really good company you must join this organization.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very less here as we can see the inflation rate in india so it's really difficult to manage with less CTC. If it will improve then I don't think anyone will leaving this organization early.
