...t do not pay well their loyal employees who have stayed with them for 10+ years. I joined as a Team member and I am the Delivery Manager for a account, but the salary is not corrected per industry standards. I myself have recruited people with salary more than me in my team and they tend to move out after max 3 years. being dissatisfied with the pay structure. TCS should give Market Correction to people who have at least 10 +years of tenure with them, to show that they value them.

Very supportive in personal life as well as in work life. My first job in TCS am really thankful for that. Provides us with good knowledge and work experience.

I just mention about a salary it is very very less atleast they are not giving the market value a normal daily wage worker are getting a 1k per day but here we are very much less than that. They are taking outside experienced people with good packages but constantly working for many years still to their people they are not giving
