Work life balance the very first point I must say .Second I would say is learning opportunity you get ample of time to explore yourself to new opportunities.Third I would say is the atmosphere personally I am loving the work which I am doing with support of my superiors

Salary hikes are quite disappointed but when you work at such a large organisations and understand it's structure you will get to realize why is it so

Other than job security and the health insurance coverage nothing is there to give a thumps up.

...riendly. Hike is uncountable figure-- that which can't be counted in ur payslip. Gradation system not based on your yearly performance but on their whom of cost cutting. Onsite opportunities are their in many projects. They have adopted to latest techs like cloud and AI but lacks the vision to implement full-scale market standard solutions. Not recommended for the freshers. It's good for the experienced people who look for a stable company to finish their career.

Being an MNC it has it's perks like having flexible work hours and holidays, weekends and leave and it surely secures our job once we get in.

Dislikes

Salary hike is negligible, work life balance will be good at 1st but will be worst once we get into actuall project. No increments or promotions at this time.

I can say this is one of the best company which have very cool work policies and good work life balance. The best company to join whenever u want settle finally in career.

Nothing but one thing that pay scales are not very high ,but then also ok.😊

Job security, good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. Appraisals are not fair and that they don't give good hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Management policies are not up to the mark and career growth is very slow.
