Nothing it's disaster for carrier, no salary growth, no projects they will keep you on bench and then say resign. This company is of racism south indians don't like north Indian grow better so they devid and rule if fail they terminate resources.

There is nothing one can like so from start to end it's loss for someone is working in dxc. Paid insurance, no skill up, no platform where you can perform.

only one thing is Work From Home if you are good at internal politics then no skills needed for you to survive in the DXC Technology. very good company if you are willing to chill and don't want to work

so many dislikes are there. some of them are 1) worst pay 2) Worst promotion cycle 3) worst management 4) Too many internal politics, even higher managements knows that and no action taken and also supporting those politics 5) No Job security at all, especially if you are skilled.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

The work from anywhere policy. I did not went to office during my complete tenure at DXC which was approx 2.5 years. The work life balance varies from project to project, but mostly it's good. The rewards and recognization is really good. The work from home step up is completely sponsered by DXC. Emmence oppertunity to learn as Microsoft, Udemy will let you access high end courses free of cost. Good Appraisal. No politicts in between teams. One of the best service based organization out there.

It's permanent work from home. No need to get ready daily for offices and travel and all. Just wake up at any time and if it's your shift time, login from your bed also. You can sleep and work.

Dislikes

They are not giving hike and promotion timely. Salary is not high. New joinee are getting higher salary than the existing employees.
