Overall experience is good. If you have a good team and manager, you will enjoy your time here. Good work environment and culture. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Lot of events held every year. Supportive in support events...etc

Dislikes

Not much option to upskill in certain areas. Not much compensation even if you work hard. No OT or shift allowance if you work on weekends (not for all).

Job Security - If you are working on Operations/Support project then you will get job security but if working on small implementation projects then your billing will be only for that period. Meaning you will have to start looking for projects to get billed. RMG team will not help you, you will have to check on the Internal Job Opening portal and contact the people with openings. Work Culture - Not good work culture, you are expected to work without any questions in majority of the projects-like weekends, late nights, no unplanned leaves. If you are lucky you will get good team who have empathy. Management - Depends on the project you would be part of. Majority of them act as "BOSS" and not "Leaders". Company Policies - Company policies are good, but the main policy of Performance review and compensation is not followed as per the book. There is always delayed, or review cycle is changed frequently as per company needs.

...owth - depends how well are you connected to your manager and the chain above. Salary/Appraisal - Zero. Appraisal is a Joke. Salary hike is worst in comparison to the market. Work-like balance - Depends on the project/team you are assigned. Travel - You get opportunities to travel but the onsite salary/ per diems are the lowest compared to other companies in the same league.

I was working under CDU-platform which is in-house product development rather than any service (client based) project hence we never have to burn out for reaching the deadline. Everything was good it's just i moved on for working in new kind of project.

Limited skill development opportunities, such as restricted access to AI/ML tools and websites, poor compensation, and a general lack of awareness about advancements in the AI/ML field. There's also a concerning culture where being unaware of new technologies is normalized, coupled with a lack of diversity in the field.

...TC and anytime they can deduct or cut your PLI even after your 100% performance. You don't get appraisal however in the name of companies bad performance u can loose ur in hand salary also which is their policy. They hire for one thing and they make you to do something else. Don't fall for it, go through JD thoroughly and ask all the doubts before making any decision. They will always find a way to cut your salary be ready for it. Genuine suggestion look for other company though we know now the IT culture become worst however this company even doesn't deserve to be considered for at least 1% In short be ready to be slave of management and they can make u to act as they wish irrespective of your qualification or background.
