There’s nothing good to write about TCS. If job security is the only good thing then let me tell you that it’s a myth. They have shady background verification process that will destroy your future. Even if you are lucky enough to survive that again they will make your life miserable in the name of rules and regulations you will quit by yourself.

...tation rules to force many employees to commute through their personal expenses. The new CEO introduced a D rating which means employees having this rating will face a deduction in salary. They force employees to come office even during the natural calamities. Even if the clients/government ask to work from home, TCS won’t allow to do that. They force everyone to sit in the office for 10 hours and the way they have made the rules that employees won’t get time for family, skill improvement, and personal emergencies. The rules are not applicable for top level people.

Nothing is good for tcs employees now a days.

1- Mandatory 5 day WFO. 2- Introduction of D band which reduces employees salary by more 10% 3- delayed promotion. 4- Worst increment percentage even Higher Band - A receiving max 6-7 % annual hike. 5- HIS co-pay policy and increased HIS premium every year. 6- HR and Manager rude behaviour. 7- Many more......

No one will force you to resign directly but indirectly pressure by no motivation, ignorance, behavior will make you resign by yourself

Dislikes

No growth, no salary hikes, hr works on management agenda, no concession for pregnant ladies or new mom's for returning to office as hr just want to show their numbers high, no inclusion, no respect for employees treated as labours and if you happen to work from home you will end up working the whole day, no lunch breaks if there are calls

...lected in ur salary after 3-6months of appraisal happened overall all it took 2.5years to receive ur first salary hike. 10hours working plus Weeknd monthend quarter end working No Indian holiday no client holiday.

Even if someone doesnt work, company do not take any action. But others have to take care of there work load. This is job security

Dislikes

... leaps and bounds, and employees are not given anything apart from job security. My collegues who left TCS are drawing 3 times more salary than me
