...easily. Work life balance. Onsite opportunity is there if you get right project. Salary hike and promotion is slight drawback. I recommend for women above 35 to shift here after you reached a good salary in other companies and settle here. Other cons is no rehiring .

There is no dearth of projects/ work. Good work-life balance. Mostly friendly atmosphere in the teams.

Dislikes

Salary is bit on the lower side of spectrum for most. On technology side, some projects have very limited scope of growth.
