...t they didnt accept my request though i waa the only senior resource over there. They expect work as senior and giving salary like fresher. So i got frustrate n i left tcs. I dont wanted to left tcs from my heart bit now if i am looking to get there the door are closed for me. I was thinking to settled in tcs but its not possible... N no was there to understand my concern.

TCS only has brand name.Inside TCS nothing is good. A lot of favouritism and politics however it’s everywhere but not like TCS it’s next level. Even not proper Management nobody is there to help you.

Medical Benefits and Tag to impress others for being a TCS Employee. I've got released within 1 month after paying 2 months basic salary, is the only thing to say good about throughout my tennure. Thanks to the Supervisor angel person.

Dislikes

1. Next to terrible on appraisal n salary hike n promotion part. 2. HR and RMG are all blood sucking vampires, never were and never will work in employee favour. 3. Supervisor is favor making machine BUT ONLY for Girls and his favourite ones who are always ready to catch his shit. 4. Asking for release from project feels like you've asked for one of the kidney of Supervisor, he will try giving all the possible excuses which makes no sense but you'll fall prey easily as you are not aware of company policies which happens in 99% cases and for remaining tennure you'll hv to live on supervisor's mercy. After changing almost 5 projects, last one was life changing and finally decided to say TATA to Tata. Always ensure to join this as your last resort and waht max package you can join for, otherwise refuse the chance for better future.

No WFH is provided, Always need to be in office, You won't easily get any movement to L2 teams due to lot of internal politics and reasons given from Manager is very dumb they literally wasted my six months
