We are looking for Exchange L3 /L4 Admin role for our projects based out in Hyderabad Location.

Exp - 10 - 15 Yrs

24/7 Shifts

Lead: Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience

Office 365 & MDM Lead / Administrator

• Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365( Exchange Online , MS teams etc ) for users.
• Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content.
• Support Single Sign-On using OKTA with Multifactor Authentication
• Manage users mobile devices through our MDM solutions (VM Workspace One)
• Expertise in handling mail routing and mail-flow related issues.
• Expertise in Anti-Spam solutions ( Symantec , Mimecast etc )
• Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking, Mail relay and transport rules.
• Develop scripts for automating processes within the environment.
• Expertise in managing MS Teams environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment
• Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support
• General knowledge of networking IP, DNS, SMTP
• PowerShell Scripting skills
• Symantec Enterprise / Mimecast Anti-Spam Vault
• Engineer: Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
