It's a great company for the people who have experienced. And job security is the best part of TCS. I am not saying work pressure is less but less than other MNC companies.

Salary scale for freshers. Promotion and increment is too less .

Work culture, job security, work life balance if you want these 3, bingo!! This place is for you. You will get minimum opportunity to develop and strengthen your skills. If you get a good manager your life will be set. If you get someone like mine then you will leave the organization as soon as possible.

Salary is too much less. If you are retiring then join here you will get work satisfaction because at that tym you don't have the drive to learn new skills, challenge yourself every day. You have lived your life and now TCS will work as your holiday home.

The pressure is not much atleast in my project. I have seen people roaming for 5-6 hours in a 9 hours shift.

Very bad salary compensation Bad appraisals Bad ratings by managers and supervisors Health benefits are also not satisfactory and cashless hospitalization is very hectic as they do not easily approve the transactions.

Company with strong ethics. They care about employees. Very good onsite opportunities. You can find very good mentors, who would guide you and help to grow in your career. Recommend to work here for atleast 3-5 years to build strong foundation.

...ease from project if you prove your worth. As company has long term contracts. Many not offer competitive salary, but it is compensated with Onsite
