For Audience please make a note. If you make profit from file 'A' = 100 and you make profit from file 'B' = 120 & now you make loss from file 'C' =20 no such adjustment is acceptable as loss in file C will reflect Rebate in your salary with immediate notice. The work culture is terrible, no matter how dedicated you are in the work you will be disowned for raising your voice against the management. Employes are of no importance to them specially the VP Garima Pant and the operation manager Ms. Preeti bindra. Working here is like donkey labor.
