The work culture is terrible, no matter how dedicated you are in the work you will be disowned for raising your voice against the management. Employes are of no importance to them specially the VP Garima Pant and the operation manager Ms. Preeti bindra. Working here is like donkey labor.

Everything! Worst company in gurgaon to work in. Managers don't have any management skills and don't do any work whole day like Neeti Sejwal, as a senior manager she doesn't do any work and highlights mistakes of her team whole day instead. Is this the work of a senior manager? Lots of work pressure and you are not compensated for overtime as per company's requirement. No basic facilities like cabs and food provided is below average. One of the worst companies in Gurgaon to work with because of their unethical work culture and company politics. They hire pawns not employees, expect them to work anytime in a day without compensation (including weekends). Too much work pressure as they have low bandwidth and their work is not organised. Management is rubbish! Theydon’t even know how to talk or behave in a professional work place. Most unprofessional I interacted with was Vaishali Sharma and Neeti Sejwal. They must still work there cause no one else would hire them elsewhere with this attitude. Micromanagement is at its peak here. They track every single thing you do that makes an extreme unhealthy work environment for an employee affecting them mentally. No personal or financial growth here. The website they use is trash. This company is not recommended at all. I left here in just 3 months after so much frustration. Management’s behaviour got even worse after I resigned that I even got threats from senior manager. Worst company! No growth! So much company politics! They make new company policies everyday and scam you with it but if you ask them to show the company policies, they would never show them to you because they don't exist. Don't join this company! There are so many better options!
