Everything! Worst company in gurgaon to work in. Managers don't have any management skills and don't do any work whole day like Neeti Sejwal, as a senior manager she doesn't do any work and highlights mistakes of her team whole day instead. Is this the work of a senior manager? Lots of work pressure and you are not compensated for overtime as per company's requirement. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
