Definitely my skills developed and I learn so many things technically.anybody can growth his career here.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow.on this job training is not given to new joinees

...eral joinees by provided with high CTC, while actual in hand will be 2/3 or CTC. Increment is on Basic salary only. lateral joinees are taken at lower Basic salary. Highly bureaucratic organization people working in MNC will feel this. Promotion is based on the vacancy within the dept, so no promotion eligibility.

Dislikes

Everything else is very poor . No career growth opportunities , below industry average compensation, negligible increment, negligible and very slow growth, poor work culture, company changed a lot in recent years. From once upon a time -people's company it has become nothing to do with people company.
