...cifically for off-roll/ third party roll employees. 1) Lack of Work Recognition. 2) No Leaves Benefit : Taking Leaves results in a salary deduction. 3) No Comprehensives Insurance for the Family. 4) Absence of company benefits. 5) Limited opportunity for Permanent Position: Despite being fully eligible, off-roll employees might not be considered for permanent position within the company. off-roll employees are often expected to train new hires, only for their efforts to be overlooked once the new employees are up to speed. there is also a risk that the company may accept your resignation at any time. 6) Perceived Partiality: There can be sense of partiality, such as differences in recognition and benefits between on-roll and off-roll employees. (e.g. off-roll employees might be excluded from companies events or receive different treats during festive occasions like Diwali or Dussehra. Dislikes

Poor Salary, Huge Pay Gap, No incentives and Bonuses, Facilities and Perks are not as compared to other Tata Groups, Salary deducted if performance not satisfactory, you are expected to work on weekends and holidays also, in hand salary is 40% less than your ctc and many more

...m enjoying their posts, biased promotions, misleading in the name of bell curve. Surplus manpower therefore new joiner less entertained by department to put them in P1, P2 cut your salary in end of the financial year.

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.
