(e.g. off-roll employees might be excluded from companies events or receive different treats during festive occasions like Diwali or Dussehra. Poor Salary, Huge Pay Gap, No incentives and Bonuses, Facilities and Perks are not as compared to other Tata Groups, Salary deducted if performance not satisfactory, you are expected to work on weekends and holidays also, in hand salary is 40% less than your ctc and many more

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.
