(e.g. off-roll employees might be excluded from companies events or receive different treats during festive occasions like Diwali or Dussehra. ...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.
