The work culture and company environment is really good. There is job security and you can avail many benefits that come under TATA group.

Salary hike is really less. Career growth is very slow . There's not much learning because you have same kind of work . There are times when there's lot of pressure and you are expected to work on weekends. Appraisal is good only if you get good grades. Lot of politics takes place during appraisals.

Tata is only brand name and spent too many money for positive brand name. Main aim is to sucks the money from the people. Tata code of conduct is only on paper but ground reality is different.

...m enjoying their posts, biased promotions, misleading in the name of bell curve. Surplus manpower therefore new joiner less entertained by department to put them in P1, P2 cut your salary in end of the financial year.

...would be free of cost if we work there for 4 years. Else we need to buy back it. When it was time to buy back i had to pay about 50k for it. WHICH WAS ALSO NOT MENTIONED DURING INTERVIEW. The work culture is too bad. No one cares about employees.

... are so well that once you start working here it becomes difficult to switch. I am not at all exaggerating about the organization, the policies, salary, benefits apart from salary, org culture according to women, everything is too good. That is why I said inn the starting that working in this organization increased my standard.

I don't think that in my starting career I faced anything that becomes a dislike for me towards the organization. One must be smart enough to understand culture, people of the organization that there is no such problems created. You must be kind and gentle with everyone in the organization irrespective of your position in the organization.
