Good work environment and culture. And teammates the company policies or good, and give good salary s and every year bonus every year

The job salary decent but growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot risign. On the job give me new joines opporchenties

Customer satisfaction is very bad. Employees never get their salary, incentives, payouts and spots on time or full in TMB MOTORS(Seven Autocorp Pvt. Ltd.). HR is total duffer and uncultured and never stuck on her words always interested only in cutting salary of employees, also no discipline, no respect. If you wants to work in tmb Motors than forget about your respect and incentives only take salary

...increments. HR grievances or redressals dont exist. Disrupted work life balance. No extra pay for extra hours worked.

Pay is good, you get good job security and working under Tata brand is itself a privilege.

Dislikes

Worst work culture, no fixed timings of work, you'll be preparing reports day and night, and you'll be giving review everyday, unnecessary pressure environment.
