There is nothing to like about. Toxic work culture, high on office politics. From the 1st month onward i realized that this place is not for someone who is looking for work life balance and who wants to grow in his professional career. Mgt should should be more considerate about their employees.

...work or which could be finished on next working day. Below par salary standards. Also their variable pay policy is deceiving, you will get variable pay only if your business segments make profit else that will lapse.

Maintaining work culture across the divisions. On time Salary ,On time promotions and timely reward and recognition. Also 5 days working culture. Lot of good things and one the best independent to take decisions.

Nothing much to dislikes as a employee.

Job Security, Tata brand name is internationally recognised. Working hours are ok as compared to other trading companies where there is no work life balance. Over all very good

Designation wise and compensation wise growth is organic and slow

They will give you plenty of work.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Its pure work-work balance. And 20% variable salary is dependent on segmnet performance. Even if you perform great but segment misses their target than you will miss your 20% variable which is a huge component.
