...cation no body take care for us so I went to home location for proper treatment. After that company manager & Officer deduct my salary for one month. Also given me show cause notice . I have one month salary deduct after that again next month four day salary deduct . It was rewards for me honesty job. I can not trust for Tata consumer . My job location are also very long distance at my home .

There is so many politics . Because senior manager promote to our relative for higher rank I think now Tata consumer running Nepotism.

...e a good experience and knowledge in this company and management is supportive . Dislikes, salary increament is not having based on the experience

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. And tea plant is thread party. Insurance is not so good

Top management knows nothing about whats happening at the base level. Market visits are only for blaming others rather than knowing what are the issues. Recent acquisition (organic india, capital foods) flopped big time because of not giving time to bring organic growth. DB issues, damage audit, etc are all a mess. All the other support functions are just lazy and none gets done in time except 1 or 2 people.

Pay, employees benefits & compensation only is the thing is good here

Dislikes

Work culture , manager is terrible and no discussion only one way communication here single take policy for every market. Illogical targets ands creating unwanted pressure to leave employees on its own.
