Haphazardly buying companies that have products that compete with its own home grown brands Massive discounts over alternate channels will make GT channel obsolete in bigger towns. Company has a tendency to infiltrate its own distributor market by opening sub distributors in the existingdistributor's market Management tends to make each and every thing a "matter of survival". Promotion policy very poor , increment policy very poor , target without logic , company giving high discount in modern trade/online e commerce trade and want 100% target achievement from GT on very low discount budget , management talk in air not having ground knowledge only having paper knowledge, management don't have any solution on infiltration, meeting time management very poor

They failed to keep infiltration under control instead, they are promoting those who are indulged in these activities.
